You Need More Interviews! Here’s How To Get Them…

Curious on how you can stand out in a sea of candidates to get that coveted Director, VP, or Executive-level interview? 🤔

    2. 🎯 Example: My LinkedIn profile headline says: “I Help My Clients Land Their Dream Job / Career Coach / Entrepreneur / Combat Veteran”
  2. Only put an emphasis on things that truly matter to the decision maker. Get rid of responsibility based bullets on your resume/LinkedIn profile and highlight only on results-driven and achievement based bullets that showcase your value.
    1. 🚀 Example: Instead of writing “Helped with creating, defining, and executing XYZ initiatives,” you could write “Spearheaded development and execution of XYZ initiatives, generating more than $7.5 million in yearly revenue…”
  3. When your details are optimized, we highly encourage you to start posting things on LinkedIn. Your experiences, challenges, and your opinions on what’s going on in your industry are valuable. Only about only 3 million users (out of the 740 million) share content on LinkedIn on a weekly basis, so as the 1% minority of people posting on this powerful platform, you will start standing out as an industry leader quickly.
    1. ✅ BONUS Tip: Use hashtags in your posts to stand out on LinkedIn.
    2. 🎯 These are a few great hashtags you can search on LinkedIn to find more opportunities: #jobsearch #nowhiring #recruiting #remotejob #employment

Once you do these things, this will start happening…

  • You start attracting more key people to your optimized LinkedIn profile
  • Decision-makers will WANT to talk to YOU
  • When you come up in keyword searches, headhunters and recruiters will want to talk to you because they have a better understanding of the value you provide
