Always improving the customer experience, she has extensive knowledge of strategic hiring and planning, training and development, and process improvement to maximize business growth.
As a seasoned headhunter, Megan has helped place over 5,000 candidates across multiple industries for companies exceeding $10M in revenue. She has also worked for a billion-dollar digital marketing company where she created and built a Client Success team by implementing new corporate strategies and processes.
