Megan has spent the last decade focused on enhancing client relationships — ranging from start-ups to some of the largest corporations in the world. Always improving the customer experience, she has extensive knowledge of strategic hiring and planning, training and development, and process improvement to maximize business growth.

As a seasoned headhunter, Megan has helped place over 5,000 candidates across multiple industries for companies exceeding $10M in revenue.  She has also worked for a billion-dollar digital marketing company where she created and built a Client Success team by implementing new corporate strategies and processes.
